Blueberry lab report

The standout for Blueberry is the market split: 90% of Nevada tests reached 20%, while 48% did in Washington; across all 411 flower tests, 63% reached 20% and 28% reached 25%.1

Key findings

  1. The state gap is large for Blueberry: 90% of Nevada tests reached 20%, versus 48% in Washington; overall, 63% reached 20% and 28% reached 25%.1
  2. Outside single THC figures ran low: zero of two sat above Blueberry's 21.91% median, and 74% of tests reached SeedFinder's 18.5%.1,2
  3. Blueberry's terpene lead is stable: β-myrcene ranked first in 81% of 74 terpene tests, ahead of β-caryophyllene at 11%.1
  4. Blueberry ranks 19th of 58 strains by median THC and 16th by the share at 25%, both in the top third.1
  5. The THC-terpene split was nearly level: median total terpenes were 1.02% for the highest-THC third and 1.03% for the lowest-THC third.1
  6. On menus, Blueberry flower appeared in 21 of 27 markets, with 472 store listings, ranking 8th in the 58-strain shelf set.3

How often does Blueberry flower reach 20% THC?

Blueberry landed at or above 20% THC in 63% of 411 flower tests in our dataset, while 28% reached 25% and 0% reached 30%; the median was 21.91%.1

Among 4 states with enough data, Nevada was highest: 90% of 62 tests reached 20%, with a 23.46% median; Washington was lowest at 48% of 101, with a 19.68% median.1 Those state results fold together local cultivation, lab practices and rules, so the difference is not only botanical.

Do outside THC figures for Blueberry run high or low?

The published single THC numbers are conservative next to Blueberry's labs: zero of the two single figures sat above the 21.91% median, and the highest single claim, 18.5% from SeedFinder, was reached by 74% of tests.1,2

The lower single figure, 17% from Leafly, was reached by 85% of tests.1,4 The two ranges did not separate the sources here: 16–24% from AllBud and 16–24% from Weedmaps each covered 50% of lab tests.1,5,6

These references do not identify any specific package; for a purchase, the batch certificate of analysis is the relevant lab document.

Which terpene most often leads Blueberry tests?

Blueberry's terpene profile is not split: β-myrcene took the top spot in 81% of 74 flower tests with terpene detail; β-caryophyllene was first in 11%, and β-pinene in 5.4%.1

Leafly names myrcene as dominant, and the lab count lines up: β-myrcene led 81% of tests.1,4

The terpene subset is mostly Nevada: 62 of 74 tests were run there, so the split mainly reflects that state's flower.1

Which strains look chemically closest to Blueberry?

The nearest terpene-profile neighbors for Blueberry are Strawberry Cough (82%), Green Crack (79%) and Lava Cake (74%); among 36 eligible strains, Durban Poison is the farthest match at 36%.1

The closest pair both have β-myrcene as their lead, while Lava Cake has β-caryophyllene and Durban Poison has terpinolene.1

For the match score, we turn each strain's median values for eight terpenes into a composition, then sum the portions the two profiles share; identical mixes score 100. The comparison is limited to strains with 30 or more tests reporting individual terpenes.1 Read this as a chemistry comparison only, not a prediction of how Blueberry will feel.

Where does Blueberry rank on THC?

In our comparable lab set, Blueberry sits in the top third by median THC: 19th of 58 strains at 21.91%, just below Ice Cream Cake (22.17%) and just above Rainbow Runtz (21.73%).1

On the 25% cutoff, Blueberry is 16th, with 28% of tests at or above that level.1

The interquartile band is wide, 18.40%–25.23%, totaling 6.83 points; by narrowness that is 44th of 52, meaning results under the name vary more than most tracked strains.1

How much can labs shift Blueberry THC results?

Blueberry has a wide lab spread: among the five labs with at least 20 tests, Lab E in Washington had the low median at 18.01%, and Lab A in Maryland had the high median at 25.14%; they differed by 7.13 points.1

That gap does not prove any lab reads high, because labs test different growers' flower as well as different batches. Lab labels are anonymized on this page, with Lab A holding the largest count, and the downloadable test file names the labs.1

Does higher THC in Blueberry come with more terpenes?

Blueberry is flat on this split: among 245 tests with both measures, the highest-THC third (25.47% or higher) had 1.02% median total terpenes, while the lowest-THC third (21.86% or lower) had 1.03%.1

The total-terpene medians differed by only 0.01 points, and the state checks did not give a single direction: Maryland down and Nevada up, with the higher-terpene side appearing in one of two states.1

Total terpenes are aroma-compound weight measurements, so this THC split should not be read as an effects finding.

Is Blueberry testing stronger over time?

The rise is clear for Blueberry: its median THC was 17.54% in 2018 on 85 tests and 23.26% in 2023 on 32 tests, for an overall +5.72 points move.1

The Maryland subset points the same way: 2018 recorded a 15.76% median, while 2022 recorded 19.94%, for +4.18 points.1 We exclude any year with under 20 tests.1

What forms and names does Blueberry reach labs under?

Under the exact name Blueberry, lab submissions are mostly flower but not only flower: of 758 total results, 61% were flower, with other or unrecorded 22%, concentrates 10% and shake and trim 5.8% making up most of the rest.1 Only flower enters this site's strain figures.

Another 5,712 results carried longer names containing Blueberry, 88% of all results with Blueberry in the name, led by “Blueberry Headband” (424), “Blueberry Cookies” (327) and “Blueberry Diesel” (163).1 Longer labels can signal another entry, so results with added words, cross notation or CBD language stay out under our name-matching rules.

What this data cannot tell you

  • These tests come from Blueberry flower sold across 8 states during 2014–2024, so they cannot identify what is in a particular jar; the batch certificate of analysis is the jar-level record.1
  • These results are chemical measurements only; they do not predict anyone's experience with Blueberry.
